Average Days to Offer was 27 days and Average Days on the Market was 63. Home values were stable, with the Sale Price/List Price Ratio at 98.2% for these 28 homes. Sales activity levels in the neighborhood continue to be a result of low inventory - this is a popular neighborhood and homes are selling relatively quickly.

Hi Dick,  Inventory seems to be a concern everywhere right now.  Maybe after the Broncos win the Super Bowl, the sellers will be ready to list.

Inventory is low in Northern Virginia too, I think the only reason for a small spike is weather related. The weather drops too many days in a row below 40 and consumers don't want to go outside.
