Average Days to Offer was 26 days and Average Days on the Market was 61, with the Sale Price/List Price Ratio at 98.6%. Sales activity levels in the neighborhood are mostly a function of limited inventory - this is a desirable neighborhood and homes are selling relatively quickly.
