Hi Dick, Poudre River Ranch Greeley CO has been very active thus far. Two bedroom homes with over 2500 to 3000 square feet homes must have pretty large rooms. Buyers and Sellers in Greeley CO would be wise to contact the best Realtors® Dick and Mary Greenberg.

I love new construction and to see so many of them in this great development called Poudre River Ranch in Greeley CO is a plus.  Very nice report and have a terrific Thursday.

Those are some very nice sizable homes. Selling at 98.6% is a very strong market. It still looks like a good amount of inventory to choose from. That is great news for buyers.
