One of the most requested criteria from new home buyers is that there is space between them in the neighbor.  I love how yiou break your market reports down into homes with 1 acre. It certainly does attract buyers such as this, have a good day

Good Morning Dick, days on market for homes on acreage is longer in my area as well. There's certainly a demand for these type of homes, 196 SOLD homes to date is clear evidence. With wide range of prices, there's a home with acreage for every budget in Fort Collins CO.

Good morning Mr. Greenberg,  I just wanted to check-in to be certain you weren't eaten.  

I have a feeling transplanted Californians, at least former city-dwelling Californians,  like Fort Collns' acreage to give them some elbow room.  I would.  And we have our share of horse lovers frustrated by average city lots.  Whether buyers are from CA or not, it looks like that market is healthy.
