Very nice report once again, I like the percentage of what a home sells for to what they were asking. This is overlooked in most reports and buyers and sellers can sure get a greet feel for the area and what is happening with sales. Have a good Monday

Dick nice report but a place where it seems homes do not go on the market often.  Nice and stable.

 

Yes, (from your commet on my post) Naples has 6,000 agents of which I wish 5,000 would play golf instead.  Quite a few get a license because they're bored and invest their own money or the money of their friends in properties.  Others are just strutting along.  If they would raise our yearly dues to $5k I think we could weed out the bad.  Unfortunately for now we're stuck with them with more getting their license every day.
