Dick,  With views like that in the background Alford Meadows appears to be a nice peaceful area with affordable homes and good inventory.  Sales may be slow for now but Alford Meadows will surely see increases soon.

Hi Dick, Alford Meadows looks like a great place for some Ranch properties. That 98.8% of the list price was great news for all those owners, who sold those 8 homes.

Dick, I love Alford Meadows, and I haven't even seen it.  But you have a great way of telling the story, and you have so many affordable homes in and around Fort Collins.
