I notice the sidewalk in the photo - I remember on my last trip there we biked forever on sidewalks like this one past creeks, homes, and wooded areas.  So beautiful.

That low inventory looks like the perfect time to release more REOs into the market.  Heard today from multiple banks that more are coming.
