Hi John - It is working well - lots of page 1 google results and leads, love the system and I don't mind doing the reports. How's your stuff coming along - any progress?

Hi Ron - Thank you. It feels really good to finally get that badge, plus I'm now #2 in Fort Collins - not that I'm counting or anything. :)

Dick, I had to check out what the congrats is all about..  Wow, that's great that you hit 100K!  I have that on my radar too.  I remember Jerry Newman saying that he was not focussed on #1 in our market since Shirley had over 400K and a commenter said, go for it, it's just a number.  How true, how true, we can achieve what we want when we set goals.  Who knew I'd be #14 in 5 months!  Keep on rocking and rolling!

PS - Very nice presentation on Hunter's Run.  Looking forward to Monday's meeting.

If you take a deeper than surface look you notice price/sq BELOW 100?? I remember when you were hard pressed to find anything nice for under 150-200/sq. If you combine that with the insanely low interest rates someone looking today has WAY more purchase poweer than the boom times. Dont fear they WILL return
