Here is the July 2011 Real Estate Market Report - Johnstown CO:
July Property sales were 19, up 46.2% from 13 in July of 2010 and 17.4% lower than the 23 sales last month. July 2011 sales were at a mid level compared to July of 2010 and 2009. Year-to-date sales of 157 are running 37.7% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 114.
The Median Sales Price in July was $212,500, down 0.1% from $212,617 in July of 2010 and up 2.2% from $208,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in July was $225,784, down 18.0% from $275,232 in July of 2010 and up 5.3% from $214,490 last month. July 2011 Average Sales Price was at a mid range compared to July of 2010 and 2009.
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of July was 112, up 2.8% from 109 last month and down 22.2% from 144 in July of last year. July 2011 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with July of 2010 and 2009. The Days On Market(DOM) for July was 41, down 46.8% from 77 days last month and down 28.1% from 57 days in July of last year. The July 2011 DOM was at its lowest level compared with July of 2010 and 2009.
